Cancellation Policy
Guests are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice before cancelling an appointment. If a guest no shows or cancels same day twice, they will be asked to put a credit card on file.
Guests with a card on file who no show or cancel same day, will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
